for better health and obviously to save money, we significantly decreased the number of times we eat out. the few places we still choose to go are the following: California Pizza Kitchen: decent gourmet pizzas that are not supersized PF Changs: semifusion chinese food with great flavors Original Pancake House: they do apple pancakes just a little differently than you can at home what restaurants do you recommend?

good herbs and great spices

instead of using mysterious seasonings bought at the store (ie. MSG, artificial and other chemical ingredients that you can't even pronounce), use natural herbs and spices to add healthy flavor to your cooking. i love cilantro and basil. they make food taste delicious! what herbs and spices do you use?
